MICROCHIPPING
A microchip is a tiny chip, about the size of a grain of rice, placed under the skin between the shoulder blades. It takes seconds and gives your pet permanent ID that can't fall off like a collar tag.
HOW IT WORKS
If your pet is lost, a shelter or vet clinic scans the chip and contacts the registry to reach you.
IMPORTANT
Keep your contact information up to date with the microchip registry, especially after a move or a new phone number.
Microchipping can be done during a regular visit or while your pet is under anesthesia for a spay or neuter. To book, call (905) 271-5559.
